Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because most of what we sell is digital, this policy explains when refunds are and are not possible. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us — we will always try to make it right.
Digital Products
Software, license keys and other digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once the key or download has been issued. For this reason, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
When You Can Request a Refund
- You were charged but did not receive your product.
- The license key or download does not work and we are unable to resolve it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
- The product is materially different from its description.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
- You changed your mind after a working product was delivered.
- You purchased the wrong product but the delivered item works as described.
- Issues caused by your own device, incompatible system, or misuse.
Services & Custom Work
For setup, installation, custom software and consultancy, refunds depend on the stage of work completed. Deposits for custom projects may be non-refundable once work has begun. Terms are agreed in writing before we start.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@rwinlahtech.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to review every request within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card or M-Pesa). Depending on your provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
